1. Send us an e-mail with the date of the desired flight*, including names (as in the passports) of all passengers, and their dates of birth.

2. Within 24 hours, you shall receive a reply with all the flight details, including the final price (with the airport taxes**, fuel and security charges).

3. Send us an e-mail to confirm the reservation.

4. You receive an email with a link for making a secure online payment by credit card***.

5. After confirmation of payment, the e-ticket is sent to your e-mail.


* We recommend round-trip flights.
In case of a one-way flight, or in any other case, including entry visa issues and vaccination issues, any problem in boarding a flight or entering a country is under the passenger's responsibility.

** We include in the price all the taxes which can be included in a flight ticket. Some airports demand a separate payment before departure. This tax has to be paid by the passanger in the airport itself, therefore it is not included in the ticket.

*** In some cases, payment can't be made online, but only by sending us credit card details either by email or by telephone. Rarely, payment has to be made in cash.
